A design project starts with an inventory of the wishes of the client and the users. SAGADA Project design takes into account the available space, desired flexibility, appearance, ergonomics (working conditions), sustainability, material use and budget.

Design

SAGADA Project design translates the inventory of your wishes into a functional, creative and innovative design. We use a range of more than 100 brands from luxury designer furniture to budget furniture or special custom work. We also have access to various fast delivery programs in case speed is needed.

If desired SAGADA Project design offer the client test furniture so that you can, for example, test a desk chair or desk table for suitability.

Realization and project management

After approval of the design SAGADA Project design for a tight planning of (delivery) delivery and assembly of the various interior components so that you can proceed to use on the desired date, we call this custom-made logistics. You will be kept informed of the planning at all times. Good communication is important for this in all phases.

If the furniture is needed earlier than it can be produced, we can provide temporary (rental) furniture.

Delivery

Deliver at the right time and ensure that our client is inconvenienced as little as possible so that the business activities can continue smoothly. In addition, care SAGADA Project design that the packaging material is taken back and disposed of in an environmentally friendly way. On request we can provide ergonomic user and seating instructions. The correct setting of the desk and office chair is of great importance for the health of your employees.

Ontwerp

SAGADA Projectinrichting vertaald de inventarisatie van uw wensen naar een functioneel, creatief en innovatief ontwerp. We maken gebruik van een assortiment van ruimt 100 merken van luxe design meubilair tot budget meubilair of speciaal maatwerk. Ook hebben we de beschikking over diverse snelleverprogramma’s voor het geval er snelheid geboden is.

Indien gewenst kan SAGADA Projectinrichting de opdrachtgever proefmeubilair aanbieden zodat u zelf bijvoorbeeld een bureaustoel of bureautafel kunt testen op geschiktheid.

Realisatie

Na goedkeuring van het ontwerp zorgt SAGADA Projectinrichting voor een strakke planning van (op)levering en montage van de verschillende interieuronderdelen zodat u op de gewenste datum tot ingebruikname kan overgaan, we noemen dit maatwerk logistiek. U wordt te allen tijden op de hoogte gehouden van de planning. Een goede communicatie is hiervoor belangrijk in alle fasen.

Mocht het meubilair eerder nodig kan zijn dan het geproduceerd kan worden dan kunnen we zorgen voor tijdelijk (huur)meubilair.

Oplevering

Op het juiste moment opleveren en zorgen dat onze opdrachtgever zo min mogelijk hinder ondervindt zodat de bedrijfsactiviteiten soepel door kunnen gaan. Daarnaast zorgt SAGADA Projectinrichting dat het verpakkingsmateriaal retour wordt genomen en op een milieuvriendelijke manier wordt afgevoerd. Op verzoek kunnen we zorgen voor ergonomische gebruiks- en zitinstructies. Een juiste instelling van het bureau en bureaustoel is van groot belang voor de gezondheid van uw medewerkers.
